Overview

i2i Partner Portal is where an ISP's distributors, sub-distributors and LCOs run their side of the business. Partners create prepaid and postpaid customers, renew and change plans, collect payment, top up their own wallet, move balance to sub-partners and review commission, working from the same billing records the ISP uses.

The portal follows the structure of the operator's admin portal, so a partner finds familiar screens: customer accounts with a full 360 view, leads, tickets, reports and a configurable dashboard. Menus follow the permissions granted to each partner user, and the operator can rename the word Partner to Franchise or LCO across the interface.

At a glance

  • Create prepaid and postpaid customers, with Aadhaar eKYC
  • Top up the wallet online and renew customers in bulk
  • Balance transfer to sub-partners, with commission details
  • Staff, roles and teams managed inside the partner's own portal

What is a partner portal for an ISP?

Many ISPs grow through franchises, distributors and local cable operators who sign up customers, collect payment and handle first-line support. A partner portal gives these businesses their own web login to the operator's billing system, restricted to their own customers, sub-partners and wallet.

The alternative is phone calls and spreadsheets: partners ask head office to renew a plan or check a balance, and head office keys it in. A portal moves that work to the partner while the operator keeps control through roles, wallet rules and reporting. The operator sees every action, and the partner sees only what it is allowed to.

i2i Partner Portal is the partner-facing web application of the platform. It calls the billing and core services through partner-specific endpoints, so a partner works on its own subscribers and sub-partners. Screens that belong to the operator alone, or that are not yet finished, are marked in the interface rather than hidden.

Use cases

Where i2i Partner Portal is used

  • An LCO signs up a new subscriber

An LCO opens the prepaid customer form, enters location and documents, chooses a plan and takes payment. With Aadhaar eKYC enabled it uses the eKYC form instead, and the KYC-pending view lists customers whose verification is not finished.

  • Wallet top-up, then bulk renewal

At the start of the month an LCO tops up its wallet through Razorpay, Paytm, Cashfree or another configured gateway, then renews many customers together. The renewals can run immediately or on a schedule, and every movement appears in All Transactions.

  • A distributor supports its sub-partners

A distributor transfers balance to a sub-partner's wallet, opens the sub-partner's 360 view to see wallet balances, and reviews the commission that sub-partner has earned. The child filter lists sub-partners together with their own children.

  • Partner staff handle tickets

A partner adds a staff member with a role that allows tickets but not wallet actions. The staff member raises a customer ticket, and the workflow, timers and escalation show who is handling it and when it is due.

FAQ

i2i Partner Portal: frequently asked questions

Can a partner see other partners' customers?

The portal calls partner-specific endpoints that scope data to the signed-in partner, so a partner works on its own subscribers and sub-partners. Menus also follow the permissions granted to each partner user. Your security team can review the access design with i2iCore.

How do partners add money to their wallet?

By online gateway top-up from the Recharge Account screen, or by a top-up recorded by the operator. Gateways in the portal include AggrePay, Razorpay, CCAvenue, PhonePe, Paytm, PayU, HDFC, Cashfree, AblePay and Atom Paynetz, with EaseBuzz UPI QR. Gateways are configured on the operator side.

How many partner levels does the portal handle?

The platform's default hierarchy is distributor, sub-distributor and LCO. The portal lists sub-partners with level filters and shows commission columns for the ISP and three levels. The partner hierarchy screen itself is not finished in the partner portal.

Are all admin screens available to partners yet?

No. The portal mirrors the admin portal's structure, and some screens, such as partner hierarchy, partner profile, payout management, most billing pages and access policy, are still being built and show a development notice. The customer, transaction, ticket, dashboard, report and staff screens described here work today.

Can partners see monthly commission statements?

Partners can view Commission Details and All Transactions, and a sub-partner's commission from its partner view. Monthly statements are generated on the operator side, and a statement page in the partner portal is not confirmed. Ask i2iCore before you promise partners a downloadable statement.

Is there a mobile app for partners?

A Flutter partner app exists, built for one operator, and a lighter mobile web edition is under development with the dashboard and customer screens so far. The full web portal is the complete edition. Treat any mobile edition as a project to scope with i2iCore.

Which languages does it support?

Interface text is English. The one change available is the terminology switch, which renames the word Partner to Franchise, LCO or another term of your choosing across the screens. Amounts are shown as the platform holds them.
