Who we are
i2iCore Technologies builds carrier-grade software for internet service providers and communication service providers. Our core is a pair of products every operator needs on day one: i2i AAA, a RADIUS server that decides who gets on the network and records what each session uses, and i2i CRM, the billing and customer system that turns that usage and every renewal into invoices, payments and partner commission.
Around the core sit a DPDK-based broadband network gateway, public Wi-Fi portals, IP-log retention, TR-069 device management, network monitoring, ticketing, partner and customer portals, identity and access control and an AI assistant for the portals. i2i 360 is the operator workspace that brings customers, billing, partners and tickets together, with an app switcher into the consoles registered for your organisation.
The company was founded by a team of telecom industry experts. The product follows the way operators work: standard RADIUS attributes and CoA for access control, GST e-invoicing and Indian payment gateways inside the billing system, a three-level partner network with wallets and a gateway that runs on standard x86 servers.
We work closely with each customer to understand their network and their market, and we back every deployment with support and training so that operators get the full value of the platform. Our headquarters are in Ahmedabad and we have an office in Mumbai.
