The core

AAA and CRM: the engine everything else runs on

Every operator starts here. i2i AAA decides who gets on the network and records what each session uses; i2i CRM turns that usage and each renewal into invoices, payments and partner commission. The other modules plug into these two.

Core · Authorise

i2i AAA

High-performance, stable, scalable AAA server for user access and resource management.

  • RADIUS authentication, authorisation and accounting for every session
  • Policies written as expressions in an operator console, not in code
  • EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS and EAP-PEAP, with a managed trust store for certificates
  • Live speed change by CoA and session disconnect
  • Native RADIUS with i2i BNG and i2i Hotspot

  • Prepaid and postpaid plans with add-ons, boosters and quotas
  • GST e-invoices through ClearTax or WebTel adaptors
  • Payment gateway adaptors, with SMS and WhatsApp alerts
  • Three-level partner network with wallets and commission
  • Dunning rules for overdue accounts
  • Optional multi-currency and a second invoice language

i2i 360 sits on top of the core: one operator workspace for customers, billing, partners and tickets, with an app switcher into the consoles your organisation uses.

Access · i2i BNG

A carrier-grade BNG, built on DPDK

i2i BNG processes packets in user space with DPDK on standard x86 servers, so PPPoE subscriber termination and CGNAT run without proprietary hardware. Speed and policy come from RADIUS and can be changed live by CoA. Operators work through a command line with commit and rollback, a web interface and SNMP.

  • DPDK fast path on standard x86 servers
  • PPPoE subscriber termination
  • Stateful CGNAT with NAT event logs
  • Per-subscriber speed and policy from RADIUS
  • Native RADIUS with i2i AAA

Access & Network

Connect and authorise every session

Terminate PPPoE subscribers on a DPDK-based gateway, decide access and speed in RADIUS AAA and keep the IP logs that lawful lookups depend on. Each layer speaks standard RADIUS to the next.

  • Access decided by plan, status and policy, then accounted for
  • CGNAT with NAT event logs on standard x86 servers
  • Captive portals and vouchers for public Wi-Fi
  • IP logs mediated and kept for the period you set

Why i2iCore

One vendor from the first packet to the last invoice

The core, the edge and everything around them come from one team, so nothing sits between who gets on the network and who gets billed. Carrier-grade is the standard we build to, and the four points below are what you can check.

One vendor, no integration gap

Access, gateway, billing, partner network and device management come from one team. The server that decides who gets on the network writes its usage straight into the billing schema that invoices them.

From authentication to invoice

Run on your own servers

You install and operate i2iCore yourself, on servers you control, as Java services, Docker images and x86 gateways. Subscriber records stay where your licence and local rules expect them.

Your data, your servers

Plans and policies set in consoles

Access policies, plans, taxes, dunning rules and partner commission are data held in the consoles. Changing a tax zone or a fair-usage rule does not wait for a code release.

Configuration, not code

Built for Indian operators

GST e-invoicing, gateways such as Razorpay, Paytm and PayU, WhatsApp and SMS alerts, Aadhaar eKYC at onboarding and TDS on partner commission sit inside the billing system, not beside it.

Tax, payment and messaging together

Tax, payments and messaging

Set up plans, taxes and channels in the console

Plans, tax zones and channel adaptors are configuration, so an operator changes them without waiting for a code release. These are the parts of the billing system that Indian operators ask about first.

GST e-invoicing
CGST, SGST and IGST handling, GSTIN checks against the state and e-invoice generation through ClearTax or WebTel adaptors when you configure them. GST reports export to XLS and CSV.
Payment gateways
Adaptors for Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, PayU, Cashfree, CCAvenue and others let customers renew and pay online. Gateway settings are held per organisation and can be shared with partners.
SMS, WhatsApp and email
SMS and WhatsApp gateway adaptors, email and push notifications carry dunning reminders and broadcasts, with delivery statistics for each campaign.
Currency and invoice language
Optional multi-currency per organisation, with exchange rates on record. Amounts are stored in rupees and converted for display. One optional second language can be added to invoice names.
Plans and pricing
Base plans, add-ons, combos, boosters, quotas and fair-usage rules, with promotions, vouchers and partner price overrides, all defined in the console.
Tax zones and partner tax
A tax, a tax group and a tax zone for each account are data, not code. TDS on partner commission is deducted, searchable and exportable.

AI in the network and the portals

Predictions and answers drawn from your own data

Two places where machine learning and language models are built in today, each described as it works.

i2i NetPulse

ONU-failure prediction

NetPulse, our network monitoring system, trains a model on each operator's own readings to flag ONUs likely to go offline in the next 24 hours, and ranks the customers behind them so support can act first. It learns from your network, not from industry averages.

Admin and partner portals

An assistant that knows the portals

The i2i AI Assistant answers how-to questions from each portal's help knowledge base and shows the menu path to the screen. For live figures it calls read-only tools as the signed-in user. It does not change any data.
