Overview
i2i CRM is the billing and customer back office for internet service providers. It keeps the plan catalogue, customer and service accounts, invoices, payments, taxes, deposits and the partner network in one system, so a renewal, its invoice and the partner's commission all come from the same record. Operators work in the admin portal and partners in the partner portal.
Prepaid, postpaid and hybrid billing models run in one system, with base plans, add-ons, boosters, quotas and fair usage rules. Postpaid billing runs by billing area with advance or arrears charges, proration and GST e-invoicing through ClearTax or WebTel adaptors. Payments arrive through online gateway adaptors such as Razorpay, PayU and CCAvenue, and alerts go out by SMS, WhatsApp and email. Activations pass to provisioning, so OTT, IPTV and static IP services follow the account.

What is ISP billing and CRM software?
ISP billing software turns what a subscriber buys into money owed and money received. It holds the catalogue of plans and charges, the rules for when a customer is billed, the tax treatment of each invoice and the record of every payment. The CRM side keeps the customer: the lead, the accounts, the plan history and the requests made along the way.
Two billing models dominate. Prepaid customers pay before service, and the account renews when they pay or when a wallet balance covers the plan. Postpaid customers are billed at the end of a cycle, or in advance for recurring charges, and pay against an invoice. Convergent billing means one system handles both models, plus one-time charges and deposits, instead of separate tools per service.
Most ISPs also sell through partners, so the same system must track partner wallets, commissions and taxes on those commissions. i2i CRM covers this whole chain: the plan catalogue, the customer and service accounts, prepaid and postpaid billing, GST invoicing, payments, deposits and the partner network.

Use cases
Where i2i CRM is used
Regional ISP selling prepaid through LCOs
An ISP sells prepaid broadband and OTT add-ons through local cable operators. Each operator tops up a partner wallet, renews customers, and earns a commission that is calculated from the same renewal transaction. Vouchers and auto-renewal schemes cover customers who prefer to prepay or renew on a schedule.
Enterprise billing for leased lines
A provider bills leased-line and connectivity customers postpaid. The finance team previews the bill run for a billing area, generates invoices with advance and arrears charges, and rolls the run back if a rate was wrong. GST invoices are issued and overdue accounts move into dunning.
GST e-invoicing at invoice time
An operator in India configures the ClearTax or WebTel adaptor so that invoices are sent to the GST portal for an e-invoice. The account records whether the invoice was required, provisioned, failed or processed, so the billing team can find the failures.
Closing an account with a deposit
A customer leaves after paying a security deposit. On termination the operator refunds it, moves it to the account balance so it settles outstanding dues, or writes it off. The deposit type, fixed-term or lifetime, and its status stay on the record.
FAQ
i2i CRM: frequently asked questions
Does i2i CRM support prepaid, postpaid and hybrid billing?
Yes. One system runs prepaid, postpaid and hybrid billing models. Hybrid billing uses the anniversary cycle option, where the bill date comes from the billing area and the billing month from the customer's activation date. Ask i2iCore how to set up the mix your plans need.
Which taxes does the billing system handle?
Taxes are configurable records with a name, rate and rule, grouped into tax groups and applied by tax zone. The GST features are built for India: CGST, SGST and IGST, GSTIN and state validation, e-invoicing and GST reports. TDS is handled on partner commission. Ask i2iCore about the tax regime you operate under.
How does it work with GST reporting?
It generates e-invoices through the ClearTax or WebTel adaptors and produces GST invoice, cancellation and partner-wise reports that you can export as XLS or CSV. Finance teams take the exports into their own filing process.
Which payment gateways can customers and partners use?
Adaptors exist for Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe, AggrePay, HDFC, EaseBuzz including UPI QR, PayU including split payments, CashFree, NTT Data Pay, Omniware, CCAvenue and AblePay. Each is configured per organisation, and partners can have their own gateway settings. You need an account with the gateway itself.
How deep can the partner network go?
The default hierarchy has three levels: distributor, sub-distributor and LCO. A commission is booked to the selling partner, its direct parent and the ISP's own share. Commission can be a percentage or a fixed value and can differ by plan group, individual plan, add-on or charge.
Does it support several currencies?
Yes, as an option. An organisation can switch on multi-currency, keep exchange rates with history and set a currency per service account. Amounts are stored in the base currency, INR, and converted for display. Invoices can also carry names in one optional second language. Confirm your currency needs with i2iCore before you rely on them.
Can several ISPs run on one installation?
Yes. Data is separated by organisation, and the organisation is taken from the signed-in user's token. A root organisation has a dashboard across the organisations that a staff member has been granted. Settings such as currency, wallet and GST are held per organisation.
