- Modern stackJava, Spring Boot and JPA on Linux, with Angular front ends and networking at the centre. You work with code reviews and automated tests rather than on your own.

Lead, Customer Support
Lead our support for AAA, CRM and Hotspot deployments: own escalations, raise customer satisfaction and help shape how our products perform in the field.
What you'll do
- Provide high-quality support for AAA, CRM and Hotspot projects
- Develop support strategies that raise customer satisfaction and resolve issues faster
- Act as the main contact for escalated and complex customer issues
- Work with product and engineering teams to improve product performance and customer experience
- Analyse support metrics to find trends and drive continuous improvement
- Keep up to date with new features, services and best practice
What you'll bring
- 5+ years in customer support, including at least 3 years supporting telecom billing and customer-management systems
- Strong knowledge of AAA and billing systems, Linux and networking
- Excellent problem-solving on complex customer issues
- Clear written and spoken communication with customers and internal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. With the right experience, the degree is not a constraint.

Development Intern (Java)
Join our product teams as a Java developer intern, working with Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot and JPA on telecom products and customer projects.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Java applications with Core Java, Spring and Spring Boot
- Use JPA for database access and data management
- Design, build and deliver features with cross-functional teams
- Take part in code reviews, unit testing and integration testing
- Troubleshoot and fix defects and performance issues

- Core Java and object-oriented programming
- Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- JPA for data persistence
- Problem-solving and attention to detail

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or an MCA.
