Overview
i2i 360 is the operator workspace of i2iCore, the place where the modules are brought together for the people who run the business. Today it is built on the admin portal: one web application covering customers, partners, products, billing, collections, inventory, tickets and reports, with a menu shaped by each user's role.
Sign-in works across consoles through the app switcher in i2i Identity & Access. A user opens a console they are entitled to, and it accepts the session without another password. Modules that sit outside the admin portal, such as AAA, ACS and network monitoring, keep their own consoles.
What is an operator workspace?
An operator workspace is the screen an ISP's staff work in every day. Instead of a separate tool for billing, another for tickets and another for the network, it gives them one place to look up a customer, act on their account and see how the business is doing.
The value of a workspace depends on two things. The first is what it can reach: the more of the operator's data it draws on, the fewer tools staff need to switch between. The second is control: a support agent, a branch manager and a finance user should each see the screens and figures that suit their job, and no others.
i2i 360 applies both ideas to i2iCore. The admin portal is the working surface, reading from billing, customer, partner, inventory and ticket services. Access and menus come from the identity service, so they follow the person's permissions, and the app switcher carries a signed-in user into the other i2iCore consoles that their organisation has enabled.

Use cases
Where i2i 360 is used
A support agent handles a call
The agent presses the search key, finds the caller by phone number and opens the account. Plan history, usage, transactions, tickets and device power are on one page, so the agent can answer or raise a ticket without opening another system.
A manager reads the day from the dashboard
A branch manager opens a dashboard built for their role. A high renewal or overdue figure opens the list of records behind it, and the manager follows the same path from the collection figure to the accounts that need a call.
An operator with several organisations
A group that runs several ISP organisations uses the multi-organisation dashboard to watch them from one screen, then opens the organisation that needs attention and works in it with the permissions assigned to them.
An administrator moves between consoles
An administrator who works in the admin portal and the ticketing console opens the app switcher, chooses the ticketing console and arrives signed in. Only the consoles the organisation has enabled and the user is permitted to use appear.
FAQ
i2i 360: frequently asked questions
Is i2i 360 one screen for every part of the platform?
No. It is centred on billing, customers, partners, inventory and tickets in the admin portal. AAA administration, device management, network monitoring and traffic tracing have their own consoles. The app switcher connects them where the organisation has set them up.
Do users sign in once?
Users can move between consoles without another password when the console is registered for the organisation and the user is entitled to it. Not every console is connected yet, and some sit outside this arrangement, so we confirm the list against your installation.
Is there a single view of a subscriber's whole history?
The customer account page brings plan history, transactions, usage, tickets, operations logs and device information together, in separate tabs. It is not a single chronological feed across all modules, and some network details appear only where the related service is connected.
Can staff search for anything from one box?
The top-bar search finds customers by name, username, phone, email or address, and there is a partner search. It does not yet search sessions, devices or invoices from the same box, so use the relevant screen for those.
Can menus differ between roles?
Yes. The menu is built from the modules the platform says the user may use, and dashboard widgets are filtered by role. A user without a permission does not see that area.
Does a new module appear in the workspace automatically?
Not automatically. A console appears in the app switcher when the organisation is entitled to it and its launch address has been configured. Registering a new module's permissions in the identity service is work that is still in progress.
