Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead - Customer Support to oversee our support initiatives related to INAAA, BSS, and WiFi-SMP projects. This role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer issues with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service for INAAA, BSS, and WiFiSMP projects.
  • Develop and implement support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complex problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product performance and customer experience.
  • Analyze support metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on new features, services, and best practices.

Core Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in supporting O/BSS.
  • Strong knowledge of INAAA and BSS systems, Linux and Networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex customer issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. If you have the right experience, qualification is not a constraint.
